Admission:  $10.00 per day

• Children ages 11 and under are FREE

• Active Military FREE w/ ID

Note:  Auction attendees/patrons must pay gate admission.​

Pets:

• Pets are not allowed during show hours.

• Individuals staying on show grounds overnight should plan to walk/exercise your pet before and after show hours. If other times are warranted, please discretely walk your pet outside of the main show area.

• Pets must be on a leash.

• Please pick up pet waste.

Use of Motorized Transportation Vehicles: 

 

• ENTERING/EXITING OF SHOW GROUND PROPERTY BY VEHICLE DURING SHOW HOURS IS PROHIBITED.  
  If vehicle use is anticipated during show hours, please plan accordingly, and have a vehicle outside of entrance/exit gates in our General Parking area.

• The use of golf carts, ATV’s and RTV’s are not permitted during show hours, but can be used from 6:00 a.m. until 8:00 a.m. and after 5:30 p.m.  Maximum speed limit is 5 MPH.

• Individuals who are handicapped and require the use of a golf cart or other motorized vehicle will be permitted to use them, provided they register for a HANDICAP USE PERMIT (available at the registration gate) and attach the permit to the vehicle windshield.

• Staff members will use motorized vehicles and will be identified with a STAFF placard.

 

Parking: 

Parking spaces within the show area are laid out to ensure safety and prevent blockage.  Please verify you are parked in appropriate area to prevent your vehicle from being towed.

• If you are a vendor or exhibitor, you will be issued a parking decal with instruction on your designated parking area.

• Large hauling units will have designated parking. Please check with Parking Attendees or Staff for parking location.

• All trailers not necessary for the exhibits will be parked in the trailer parking area.

• Exhibits will be laid out so as not to block views by the spectators.  Please check-in with your Director before setting up.

• For individuals staying on show grounds overnight, only 1 vehicle is allowed at each campsite.  Additional vehicles must be parked in the general parking area.

• Shuttle service is available if needed.  Please seek a member of staff if you need assistance.

 

General Information:

• Individuals or groups that stay on the grounds overnight will be assigned a campsite and will be charged a fee based on services needed.

• Persons under 16 years of age must have adult supervision to participate in show activities.

• Bikes/scooters are prohibited during show hours.

• Quiet time is from 11:00 p.m. to 6:00 am.

• Exhibitors will not be permitted to sell caps, t-shirts, food or beverages.

• Advertising for business or political interests will not be allowed.

• Open campfires are permitted. You must provide your own firewood, fire ring or containment device. Woodstoves and grills are also permitted.

• EMS and Police services are located at the North end of the complex.
