CRAFT VENDOR INFO

This is a 3 day show and we strongly encourage vendors and exhibitors to participate all 3 days of the show.  The Public purchases a gate admission fee and we would like for them to see your display and equipment and have an opportunity to learn from you as well as benefit from all aspects of our show.  Please plan to stay all 3 days and make our show a success for spectators, fellow exhibitors and our charity.

Vendor spaces will be 10’x10’ nominal
• Vendor Fee is $65.00
• Vendors are urged to stay all 3 days
• Facilities are fenced with 24hr security
• Set-up time will be available AFTER 2 pm on Thursday, March 16 and BEFORE 8:30 am on Friday and Saturday.
YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED INTO THE GATE AFTER 8:30 AM- 
THIS IS FOR THE SAFTEY OF OUR GUESTS AND YOU.

Guidelines and Product Information

  • Homemade crafts only – no imports or flea market type items

ex.  If you did not make the jewelry, please do not bring it.

  • Home grown or local produce only

  • Home processed food items are acceptable (baked, canned, or preserved)

  • Vendors must provide their own tent, tables, chairs, etc.

  • 10 covered spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis; all other spaces are outside

spaces. (tents are not provided)

  • Limited electricity is available

  • Vendor spaces are reserved upon the processing of $65.00 Vendor Fee

  • Payment is accepted in the form of check or money order

  • 2 Gate Admissions are included with your Vendor Fee. Any additional needed are available for purchase.
